Our network combines over 4,600 of the top local and international websites, making it easy for advertisers to reach their target audience online, and helping publishers to maximize their revenues through a range of display advertising products.

With over thousands of campaigns delivered to date, the Admax brand is recognized across the region and is a respected partner for advertisers, agencies and publishers alike.



















Mathew Ward
Chief Executive Officer

Mathew Ward, CEO of Admax Network, has over 10 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience in the IT and digital marketing industries in UK, Japan, Australia and Singapore.

Mathew joined Admax Network in 2007, with his vast sales and business management experience, he successfully established Admax Network as a leading ad network in Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, Admax Network had a more than 700% growth in revenue and grew their client portfolio to include a wide range of industries – including telecommunications, mobile communications, consumer electronics, FMCG, finance, automotive, entertainment, software, and travel. Mathew’s current focus also includes building and overseeing strategic partnerships with key clients in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Admax to establish Admax Network Singapore, he established a successful technology business in Australia, and held the position of Sales Director for a technology services business in Tokyo.





Gilbert Lo
Chief Operating Officer

Gilbert is the COO for Admax Network, where he focuses on strategy, strategic partnerships, publisher relationships, and new product development. 

Gilbert is an experienced executive and business development specialist in Southeast Asia’s digital marketing industry.  He joined Admax Network in 2007, spearheading the launch of the network and growing it to the current level of 2+ billion monthly ad impressions, 4,600+ high-quality websites, and 80+ million unique users.  He was instrumental in launching products and services that both make it easier for advertisers to reach their target audiences online as well as help publishers maximize their advertising revenue. 

Prior to joining Admax, Gilbert worked for over a decade in consulting, venture capital, and digital marketing. He graduated from Stanford University and received his M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.


 


Gary Reck
Chief Technology Officer

Gary Reck, Chief Technology Officer, Admax Network, brings over 10 years of technological and management experience in both start-up companies in Silicon Valley and established educational institutions such as the University of California, Davis.

Gary is responsible for technology infrastructure for Admax across Southeast Asia. He works closely with the management team to ensure that Admax's technology strategy supports the business regionally.

Prior to joining Admax, Gary operated his own consultancy in California and helped companies set up and maintain their core business technologies.
He received his Masters of Science in Information Systems and Technology from City University, Department of Information Science in London, England.




Seah Leong Uoon 
Finance Director

Seah Leong Uoon is a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.) in the U.K. He has over 17 years of finance, accounts and audit experience in multinational companies across Asia. As Admax Network Finance Director, Seah Leong Uoon is responsible for the daily finance and accounting operations across the network, including performance appraisal, reporting, and administration support.

Seah Leong Uoon’s extensive knowledge and experience in fiscal administration of global companies amidst growing Asian economies is an invaluable asset in managing regional financial operations for Admax. His core achievements include standardizing reporting cycles, systems and processes, and clearing multi-million backlogs in financial data.

Seah Leong Uoon graduated from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (I.C.S.A.) in the U.K, and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A.), U.K.

 




Fiona Tate
Regional Director - Ad Operations and Product

Fiona brings to Admax Network more than 10 years of extensive advertising and operations expertise from top-notch digital online ad networks in Europe and the US.

A business operations expert, Fiona spent more than five years in AOL Advertising, one of the largest online ad networks in the world. From product manager, Fiona rose above the ranks and became Head of Business Excellence where she successfully designed critical and innovative management programs, including Salesforce.com, which improved AOL’s advertising business performance across Europe. She has coached groups of highly competent analysts created to improve client services, business processes, and software solutions in France, Germany and UK. Her creative and technologically advanced business solutions helped bring in maximum revenues for the company.

Fiona received her Bachelor in Science degree in Physics, with honors, at the Loughborough University in UK.



 

Gary Chin
Managing Director, Singapore


Gary Chin, Managing Director of Admax Network Singapore, has more than 11 years of sales and marketing experience in top-notch IT and digital marketing companies in Singapore and the US.

Joining Admax in 2010, Gary has been instrumental in growing Admax’s client portfolio in Singapore, even while strengthening existing accounts. His solid background and exemplary sales, marketing, management and people skills were key in establishing profitable partnerships, identifying new accounts and improving products.

Prior to joining Admax, Gary was Multinational Sales Manager of Microsoft Advertising, winning accolades for being the top sales achiever in the Asia Pacific region. During his tenure at Microsoft, his experience and digital expertise won him key regional accounts with major global brands including Tourism Malaysia, Nike, Nokia, Visa and more.

Gary also worked for Travelocity APAC as Head of Media Sales and Partnership in the Asia Pacific Region. He managed and mentored sales managers across multi-markets as well as the operations team in Singapore, and established key partnerships with sales representative firms in unreached markets to increase revenue. In 2003, Gary was Business Development Manager at CNET Networks Asia Pacific, where he was recognized as the number one sales manager across CNET Networks divisions in the Asia Pacific.




John Pradithavanij
Sales Director, Thailand

John Pradithavanij has an extensive background in creative and interactive media and communications technology. He was appointed Sales Director for Thailand and was tasked to oversee the expansion of the country’s ad network market.

Prior to Admax, John spent three years as Managing Director at Impaq Interactive, Thailand. He took the lead in growing the market for MSN. John was also Management Partner at OgilvyOne, Thailand, and was at the helm of an extensive line of digital services for premium accounts such as Diageo, Chevrolet and Nestle. He also worked for BECi Corporation Ltd. (a subsidiary company of BEC World) as Sales and Technology Director and was responsible to create innovative and interactive marketing tools that boost brand awareness and brand experience for consumers.

He also spent three years at Henry Dreyfuss Associates in New York, as head of the interactive media division where he proposed strategies to AT&T, Polaroid and several leading technology companies in the USA.John has a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA, and a master’s degree in Interactive Design from Pratt Institute, New York, USA where he lived for over 20 years.





Janilaine Ng
Regional Marketing Director

As the Admax Network Regional Marketing Director, Janilaine oversees all marketing activities across the network. That includes product positioning, marketing communications, public relations and research.
 
Janilaine is a digital marketing professional with extensive knowledge on Southeast Asian markets. She has managed digital accounts in the region for industries such as consumer electronics, hospitality, FMCG and more. After joining Admax in 2005, Janilaine has gained valuable knowledge and insights on current digital marketing trends. She is also part of the core group who launched Admax. Her excellent analytical and executional skills—from operations, to media, and to marketing—are key to the success and growth of the company in the last six years.

Prior to joining Admax, Janilaine was a business consultant in Accenture, a leading global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Specializing in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), she had managed projects for global consumer goods, pharmaceutical and transportation companies, and had helped in setting up outsourcing centers in China and the Philippines.


 


Zura Mohamad
Regional HR Manager

Zura, the Regional Human Resource Manager for Admax Network, is responsible for planning, developing and implementing efficient human resources strategies, policies and procedures to achieve optimum business growth for Admax in Southeast Asia.
 
With over 16 years of business administration, human resources, and marketing experience, Zura has been key in the excellent organizational procedures across Admax Network. Her exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical skills enable her to effectively execute improvements across Admax Network's dynamic organization.
 
Prior to joining Admax in 2008, Zura has worked for different global companies in industries such as Media, F&B, and engineering. Her expertise includes human resource management, employee welfare & relations, recruitment, organizational administration, and internal communication management.
