AdLib: As Client Services Managers, what is your job scope in planning and executing an advertising campaign?
Antoinette and Lily: We ensure the smooth planning, efficient execution and prompt delivery of all advertising campaigns for our clients, from planning through to the full campaign delivery. Specifically, during the proposal stage, we work closely with the Sales Manager to develop a strategy and media plan based on a client’s media brief, which would include campaign objectives, target audience, markets, budget, etc. When the deal is closed, now that's when things get really exciting! We start working with the client directly to prepare for the campaign launch, ensuring that it's executed both efficiently and effectively. More importantly, we are there to provide support services whenever they have questions and continuously monitor the campaign to ensure the clients' objectives are being met. read more >>
